People ask us all the time why we don't serve alcohol. The honest answer: we don't need it. The food sells itself. The music brings people in. The community keeps them coming back.

Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP)

Structured treatment that fits your life. Our IOP offers 9 hours per week of evidence-based therapy for substance use disorders and behavioral health conditions. You'll build recovery skills while maintaining work, school, or family commitments.

Adolescent Services

Specialized care for young people ages 13-18. We understand that adolescents face unique challenges. Our dedicated team provides age-appropriate outpatient counseling and IOP designed specifically for teens navigating mental health and substance use concerns.

Adult Outpatient Counseling

Individual therapy tailored to your needs. Whether you're addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, or substance use, our licensed clinicians provide compassionate, evidence-based care to support your mental health and recovery goals.

Specialized Treatment Modalities

We offer EMDR for trauma, DBT skills training, and other evidence-based approaches. Our clinicians are trained in cutting-edge therapies to address complex mental health needs and co-occurring disorders.

Clinical Laboratory Services

On-site drug testing provides urinalysis testing services for our clients and contract with courts, probation offices, and legal professionals throughout San Juan County.

Locke Street Eats is part of the Cottonwood Pathways family, a network of recovery-focused services built around the belief that a full life in recovery includes great food, great community, and great times. We're the social piece of that puzzle. And we're open to everyone. 

Intensive outpatient addiction and mental health treatment, combining clinical care, accountability, and life skills coaching to help adults build stable recovery and transition toward independent, healthy living.

Safe, supportive housing for men and women in recovery. Structured living environment during IOP, transitioning to sober living as you build independence and recovery skills.

Physical fitness as part of your recovery. Our fully-equipped gym with certified trainers helps you build strength, structure, and confidence. Because recovery happens in your body, not just your mind.

Recovery through challenge and adventure. Team-building activities, ropes courses, and outdoor experiences that teach trust, perseverance, and what you're truly capable of achieving.
